the condo does not have an elevator Guests must use a spiral stair to access all 3 floors of the condo unit. This spiral stair is narrow and for some guests can be tricky to use if you are disabled, impaired, and/or unfamiliar with spiral stairs. Always use the handrail when on the spiral stairs. Please use caution when carrying items like suitcases, ice chests, groceries, supplies, etc. up and down the spiral stairs. Typically, the smaller the load is to carry up, the easier it is. We highly suggest guests pack in smaller suitcases since large suitcase maybe difficult to bring up 2 flights of stairs. We also have shoulder bags that can be helpful for carrying items up the stairs. Please note that this is not an ADA accessible facility.

Guests are prohibited from entry into the 1st floor garage and roof top. Please do not climb the access stairs to roof.
